Refund & Returns Policy
30-Day Return Window
You may return your bundle within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund, provided the hardware is in its original, unopened, unactivated condition. Opened hardware that shows signs of use may be subject to a restocking assessment.
Condition Requirements
- Console must be in original sealed packaging with all included accessories
- DualSense controller must be unregistered and unactivated
- GTA VI pre-order digital license must be unredeemed
- All original documentation and QR codes must be intact
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team via the Contact page with your Order ID and reason for return. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label within 2 business days. Returns must use the provided label — we cannot accept self-arranged return shipments.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Redeemed or activated digital game licenses
- Consoles with physical damage caused by the buyer
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, document the damage with photographs immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
